Leadership Team
Over
the last 25 years CAI has grown significantly. Currently, the
leadership team is filled by experienced managers that are committed to
customer service, the delivery of high quality products and services
and the recruitment, training and development of a qualified,
responsive and dedicated workforce.
James J. "JC" Conley, President
James has 20 years experience in the defense industry. After
starting with the company in 1997 to develop RFID technology, he was
chosen to manage logistics projects then moved on to Director of
Operations, Chief Operating Officer and recently President of CAI.
Robert S. Conley, Vice President for Administration
Robert (Bob) has an Associates Degree in Business Administration
and a Bachelor of Science degree. As a Vice President of the company,
he has over 13 years as a defense contractor performing key functions
in purchasing, contracts and general administration of the company. Bob
also has 8 years of hands on experience in the C4ISR system integration
and installation.
Michael Grieshaber, Chief Financial Officer
Mike has 30 years of government finance experience including
finance, accounting, treasury, contracts and IT. Work experience
includes McDonnell Douglas (Boeing) and Engineered Support Systems
(ESSI). Mike is a member of the Association of Financial Professionals
(AFP).
Frank A. Tricomi, Chief Operating Officer
Frank is a retired Army Colonel and served more than 27 years in a
variety of command and senior staff assignments. His military
assignments included program, acquisition and contract management
positions. Since retiring in 1995, he served as the Executive Director
of the Wisconsin Procurement Institute, the Director of Program
Management at Engineered Air Systems and the President of ESSIbuy.com,
Inc., an e-commerce and supply chain management company.
Dr. Michael Z. Bialas, Director of Marketing and Business Development
Dr. Bialas has over thirty years of professional experience
encompassing supervisory, management and business ownership positions.
His background crosses over both manufacturing and service industries.
He is exceptionally versed in Total Quality Management having delivered
over a thousand hours of TQM training to Federal Government employees.
His educational background consists of approximately 500 credit hours
and four college and university degrees covering advertising,
marketing, training development, communications, as well as business
administration, health care delivery and more.
