The CAI Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) establishes the processes and procedures that ensure top of the line quality for any program. Our QAP provides evidence that CAI services and products satisfy or exceed customer requirements. The QAP also provides the procedures to measure and verify that our team follows processes resulting in the completion of requirements consistent with our customer's expectations. Additionally, our quality plan describes key metrics and the continuous improvement process to ensure that all processes are in control. This allows CAI's services and products to be delivered on time and within budget while fully supporting the performance objectives of SeaPort-e. Our QAP has been approved by the Army Watercraft Systems (AWS) organization.


We are pursuing ISO 9000:2008 and IACS certification with an expected certification in December 2015 to complement our QAP.
