Training

Over the last several decades, Conley & Associates, Inc., has provided a wide range of training services. We offer hands-on training and highly interactive, web-based training using Interactive Multi-media Instructional (IMI) technology. Using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model, our Instruction Systems Developers (ISD) employ state-of-the-art instructional tools. Training covers a wide range of products and equipment:

  • Tactical communications
  • Maritime electronic, electrical, and navigation systems
  • Heavy construction equipment
  • Material handling equipment
  • Tracked tactical and commercial vehicles
  • Wheeled tactical and commercial vehicles

Conley has significant experience in designing training to meet clients' needs, from the soldier in a combat area or a classroom on the installation, to a foreign national possessing limited knowledge and experience in operating and maintaining an array of different systems. Conley ISDs develop the training and provide the translated materials which instructors use to teach. Engineers and technicians also design sophisticated training aids and simulators with an embedded capability for an instructor to induce faults that a student would troubleshoot and correct. This is a valuable service since it allows our customer to limit the need to schedule and use a costly piece of equipment to conduct the training.
